Paleo Chocolate Cake

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup raw coconut sugar
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180° C.

In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, raw coconut sugar, cacao powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: vanilla extract and raw honey.

Whisk the wet ingredients until combined, then gently fold them into the dry ingredients to avoid over mixing the batter.

Pour the batter into a baking dish and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
