1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 lb bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1 lb cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
