Show the ingredients: tortilla shells, herbari cheese, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, red onions, cucumbers, avocados, pepperoni, peppercinis, red wine vinegar, ham, chicken, turkey, green leaf lettuce, and honey mustard.
Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes very thinly for the salad.
Prepare the avocados by adding olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to prevent oxidation, and keep the seed in the mixture.
Chop the peppercinis into small pieces, about half a cup.
Add about half a cup of mayonnaise to a bowl, along with a little red wine vinegar, half a teaspoon of Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence, and half a teaspoon of black pepper to make the dressing.
Mix the dressing thoroughly and then add the pepperoni and red onions to the salad mixture.
Add half a cup of cucumbers to the salad and mix everything well, letting it sit for about five minutes to combine flavors.
Spread a little honey mustard on the tortilla shell for moisture and flavor.
Layer the cheese (herbari cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella) on the tortilla.
Add the meats: ham on one wrap and chicken on another, along with pepperoni on both.
Add the sliced tomatoes, ensuring they are seasoned with a little pepper and all-purpose seasoning.
Add the thinly sliced avocados on top of the meats and cheese.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the fillings before adding the salad mixture.
Wrap the tortilla tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up, ensuring the fillings are enclosed.
Slice the wraps in half to serve, showing the filling inside.
