5 cardamom
5 cloves
2 small sticks cinnamon
5-7 black pepper
1 cup sliced onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red chili powder
4 medium tomato
1 tbsp tomato paste
3.5 cups water
2 cups soaked basmati rice
6 pcs chicken
10-12 pcs cashew or sliced almonds
8-10 pcs raisins

Using a large pot, stir in butter, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon stick and sliced onion in cooking oil

Fry until golden brown on low-medium heat

Add ginger paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder and a splash of water

Sauté for 2 minutes

Add tomato paste, whole tomatoes, salt and cook for 5 minutes

Place chicken pieces in the pot and fry for 5 minutes

Pour in the water and cover to cook for 20 minutes on low heat

Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and broil for 20 minutes

Add basmati rice, lemon slices and grated carrots to the pot

Cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat

In a separate pan, add ghee, almonds, raisins and stir until brown
