2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon tomato paste
3 medium size tomato purée
2 1/2 tablespoon prepared kabsa spice powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
2 dried lemon
Salt as per taste
5 cups of water
3 cups of basmati rice
Saffron strands soaked in 1-2 tablespoon water
1 tsp kabsa spice powder

Heat oil in a large pot and add whole garam masala (bay leaves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper).
