Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Hot water 2 litters (as required)
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 mins)

Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1/8 cup (around 30ml)
Vinegar 1/8 cup (around 30ml)
Tomato puree 4 medium
Black pepper 1/3 tsp
Fried cashew nuts for garnish
