1 tsp red chilli powder
2 cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 dried lemon
2 bay leaves
salt to taste
1 bell pepper cut into squares
1 large tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups basmati rice

Pour in enough water to cover the chicken, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken and set aside, then add soaked basmati rice to the pot with the cooking liquid.
