This dish allows those following a ketogenic diet to enjoy a familiar favorite without the carbs. Zucchini fries have gained popularity as a healthier snack option, appealing to both keto dieters and health-conscious eaters alike.

Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor with fewer calories.
Add 100 grams of ground almonds to a mixing bowl.
Add 3 teaspoons of zenta gum to the bowl and mix quickly.
Pour in 6 tablespoons of hot water from the kettle and mix with a spatula.
Switch to using your hands to knead the mixture until well combined, about a couple of minutes.
Shape the mixture into a ball and cover with a moist towel or cling film. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
For the coconut flour version, add 50 grams of coconut flour to the same bowl.
Add 3 teaspoons of zenta gum and mix.
Pour in 6 tablespoons of hot water, then mix. If the mixture is too dry, add more hot water, up to 8 tablespoons total, until the dough is smooth.
Shape the coconut flour mixture into a ball and cover with a moist towel or cling film. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
After resting, roll out the almond flour dough to about a quarter of a centimeter thick and cut into fry shapes.
Repeat the rolling and cutting process for the coconut flour dough, adjusting the thickness and shape as desired.
