Measure out 1 and 1/2 cups of mayo and 1 and 1/2 cups of sour cream.

Sauté the crawfish tails in a pan, using a whole pack instead of the one cup called for in the recipe.

Chop the sautéed crawfish tails and add them to the mixture.

Stir the crawfish tails into the mayo and sour cream mixture until well combined.

If the dip is too spicy, add more sour cream and mayo to taste.
