Crawfish Dip

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb crawfish tails, cooked and peeled
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Get a skillet and add some butter, heating it until hot.

Add chopped green onions and diced red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly.
