Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the flour mixture.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet.
Cover the rolls and let rise again until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush the rolls with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
