150 grams boneless chicken
1 teaspoon garlic
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper powder
a little oregano
1 tablespoon butter
lettuce leaves
sliced tomatoes
grilled chicken pieces

In a blender, add 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds and grind them coarsely.
