1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup whole milk or half and half
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 stick unsalted Butter
2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp rose water
1 tsp lemon juice

In a small pot mix heavy whipping cream, whole milk (or half and half), corn starch, flour, and sugar. Whisk until dissolved.

Cook the mixture on low flame until thickened, then cool and refrigerate.

Take one phyllo sheet and brush it with melted butter.

Fold the sheet from the center and brush again with melted butter.

Put one and a half tablespoons of cream filling on the sheet and fold as shown in the video. Brush with flour mixture to seal.

Fry the rolls in deep hot oil until light brown.

Dip the fried rolls in cool syrup.

Decorate with pistachio.
