1

Cut salami into quarters and slice red onion and bell pepper into small pieces.

2

Heat a pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes without oil.

3

Add salami to the pan to give it color, not to cook it through, and set aside once desired color is reached.

4

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan and then add the sliced vegetables and half a chicken bouillon cube, crushing the bouillon into the veggies.

5

Stir-fry the vegetables and bouillon together until the bouillon starts breaking down.

6

Add 1/2 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan, mixing to break down the tomato paste and thicken the sauce.

7

Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar to the mixture and stir well.

8

Return the reserved salami and onions to the pan, mixing everything together.

9

Add another 1/2 cup of water and cilantro on top, totaling 1 cup of water in the pan.

10

Cover the pot and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
