Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan until hot.

Add onions and cook until tender.

Add sliced pure foods deli cheese franks and cook for about 2 minutes until slightly brown.

Pour in white wine and add salt, then simmer for about 3 minutes.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and chopped parsley to the pan.

Mix in parmesan cheese with the other ingredients.

Boil a large pot of water and add pasta noodles once it's rolling, stirring continuously until cooked.

Plate the pasta in a pastel colored bowl and top with extra parmesan.
