2 tsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick
6 oz rose wine
3 ice cubes
3 oz cognac
cinnamon powder

Slice the lemon and cut into 4 pieces.

Slice the orange and cut into half.

In a glass, add lemon and orange slices.

Add raspberries.

Squeeze the orange juice into the glass.

Add the sugar and stir.

Add the rose wine and the cinnamon stick.

Stir well and keep the sangria in the refrigerator to cool for 4 hours.

Remove the sangria from the refrigerator and add ice cubes.

Build a tower using glasses: place a spatula on top of the sangria glass, then place a champagne glass upside down on the spatula, and finally add a shooter glass on top.

Drop 1 oz of cognac into the shooter glass.

In a spoon, pour the brandy and heat the cognac from the bottom to flame it.

Pour the flaming cognac over the glass and drizzle with cinnamon powder.
