Cook 1/2 diced onion in a large skillet with 2 teaspoons olive oil for a couple of minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon cumin to the skillet, stir for another 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet, chop it up, and continue to brown for about 5 to 10 minutes, breaking down the pieces.

Prepare a small baking tray and spread 15 oz of creamy gourmet nacho cheddar cheese in a thin layer on the tray.

Add the cooked ground beef mixture on top of the cheese in a thin layer.

Add toppings: 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup black beans, and then sprinkle 1 cup of Mexican shredded cheese on top.
