Combine ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, and parsley in a large bowl.
Add cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes to the meat mixture.
Mix in bread crumbs and beaten egg until well combined.
Drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice, then mix again until smooth.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Place meatballs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Check internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with a side of yogurt sauce or fresh salad.
