1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 leaves Kaiyfal Ka Pata (Bay Leaves)
2 small stick Darcheenee Cinnamon
3 piece Cardamom
1 piece Black Cardamom Big Aliachee
5 Pieces Loung Cloves
1 tsp Zeera seeds (cumin)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1+1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup kishmish (dry Raisins)
1 medium size Tomato paste
1 piece Chicken cube (for Taste)
1 piece Badiyan phool (Star anise)

Add oil in pot on medium flame, then add dry raisins and fry until brown, then take out.

Add onions and all spices except black pepper & salt; fry for approximately 15-20 seconds.

Add tomato paste and fry again for 20 seconds.

Add black pepper & salt, fry for 5 seconds, then add 1+1/2 cups water and mix.

Cover the pot for 5-8 minutes on low flame.

After 5-8 minutes, add food color and chicken cube.

Add soaked rice to the pot and add one cup of water more if required.

Cover the pot for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.

'Dum' the rice for 15 minutes on low flame.

After 15 minutes, take out in dish.
