2 Medium size chopped onion
1½ Tbsp ginger/ garlic paste
2 Tsp Kashmiri chili powder
2 ½ Tsp coriander powder (dhania)
1 ½ Tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
½ Tsp cinnamon powder
½ cumin powder (zeera)
1 chicken cube
Salt to taste
3 dry lemon
3 bay leaf (tez paat)
8 pepper corn (kali mirch)
5 cardamom (sabz elaichi)
3 black cardamom (bari elaichi)
3 cinnamon stick

4 ½ Tbsp tomato paste
3 medium size tomato puree
3 Cup Basmati Rice
