1

Start by preparing the marinade with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of 3 limes, 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (softened), and 4 to 5 minced garlic cloves. Mix these ingredients together.

2

Add 1/4 cup of minced cilantro leaves to the marinade and mix well. Do not season the marinade with salt and pepper yet.

3

Prepare the skewers by placing 4 to 5 shrimp onto each skewer. Make sure to use the skewers that are flat, resembling little swords, for better stability.

4

Season the shrimp on both sides with salt and pepper before grilling.

5

Preheat the indoor grill and place the skewers on it. Brush the shrimp with the cilantro marinade using a basting brush.

6

Grill the shrimp for a few minutes on one side, then flip them over and continue grilling for a couple of minutes longer on the other side.

7

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the grill and sprinkle with a little bit of salt. Serve with lime wedges.
