2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 and 3/4 cups ketchup
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Crush 28 crackers into crumbs.

Mix crushed crackers with 2 teaspoons mustard powder, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons onion powder, and 2 teaspoons garlic salt.

Add 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup milk to the mixture and mix well.

Combine the cracker mixture with 1 kilogram of ground beef and mix until incorporated.

Mix the barbecue sauce ingredients well and taste for seasoning.

Once the meatballs are browned, add them to a slow cooker.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 and a half hours until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are cooked.
