Add mashed 3 boiled potatoes and mix well.

Add water and start to knead the dough, adjusting water as needed.

Knead to a smooth and tight dough, then add 2 tbsp oil and knead again.

Take a ball of dough and roll it out using a rolling pin to a slightly thick thickness.

Drop the rolled dough into hot oil; press until the puri puffs up, splashing oil to help it puff fully.
