Mexican Corn on the Cob

Remove the corn husks from the corn on the cob.

Boil a pot of water.

Add a splash of milk to the boiling water.

Place the corn inside the boiling water.

Boil the corn for about 3 to 4 minutes until tender.

Prepare the Chipotle mayo sauce by adding mayonnaise, 1 chipotle pepper, and adobo sauce to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add salt to taste to the Chipotle mayo and stir.

Brush the Chipotle mayo onto the boiled corn.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the corn.

Sprinkle chili powder on top of the corn.

Add a little bit of Tabasco for extra spice, if desired.

Squeeze lime juice over the corn before serving.
