1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
1/4 cup jalapeno pickle, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon steak house seasoning
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice

Combine boiled corn and barbecue sauce in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and mascarpone cheese.

Grate adam cheese and mozzarella cheese, keeping them separately.

Separate the white and green parts of the green onion.

Add peanut oil to a 12-inch cast iron skillet and heat.
