Raw Buckwheat Porridge

1/4 cup raw cashew nuts
1 cup raw buckwheat
2 cups water
1 cup fresh plums, diced
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground vanilla
1/4 cup juice of one orange
1 cup fresh berries
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp nut butter
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp date syrup

Add raw cashew nuts and raw buckwheat to a large mixing bowl.

Cover with plenty of water and soak for at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

Remove the pit from fresh plums, wash them, and cut them into bite-size pieces.

Once the buckwheat and cashews are fully soaked, rinse them under running water.

Add the soaked buckwheat, cashews, ground cinnamon, ground vanilla, fresh plums, and juice of one orange to a blender.

Blend until you achieve a thick porridge consistency. If needed, add a splash of water, more orange juice, or plant-based milk to help blend.

Serve the porridge, focusing on presentation to make it look appetizing.
