1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Italian blend cheese or mozzarella
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2

Line a jelly roll pan with foil or parchment paper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

3

Push out the homemade pizza crust as far as possible, then flip it over to oil both sides.

4

Poke the crust with a fork to help hold the toppings later.

5

Drizzle a little more olive oil on top of the crust.

6

Sprinkle a layer of parmesan cheese over the crust.

7

Crush Italian seasoning between fingers and sprinkle over the cheese, then press it in with hands.

8

Bake the crust in the oven until golden brown on the bottom and the cheese is gooey on top.

9

In a 9.5-inch glass pie dish, layer whole milk ricotta cheese as the first layer.

10

Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the ricotta cheese.

11

Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and either mozzarella or Italian blend cheese on top of the ricotta.

12

Spread pizza sauce over the cheese layer, adjusting the amount to personal preference.

13

Chop pepperoni into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle over the sauce layer.

14

Add a generous layer of Italian blend or mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.

15

Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese and dried oregano on top of the dip.

16

Bake the dip in the oven at 350°F until melted, bubbly, and oozy, about 25 to 30 minutes.

17

Let the pizza dip cool for about 10 minutes before serving to allow it to tighten up.

18

Cut the baked breadsticks down the middle, then slice into strips of desired size.
