500 grams ground pork
100 grams rice
1 large sautéed white onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Vegeta seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
6-7 cloves garlic

Combine ground beef, ground pork, rice, sautéed onion, garlic, paprika, Vegeta, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly using hands or a spoon.

Remove the hard core from the pickled cabbage leaves.

Prepare the cooking dish by placing smoked ribs at the bottom and adding a layer of cabbage juice.

Place the mixture onto the cabbage leaves and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.

Arrange the rolled cabbage in the pot, cover with another layer of cabbage leaves, and place a plate and stone on top to secure the rolls.
