2 bay leaves
1 celery root
1 cup rice
1 cup barley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Vegeta
1 tablespoon red pepper
homemade sour cabbage

Prepare the ingredients: ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, bay leaves, celery root, rice, barley, olive oil, black pepper, salt, Vegeta, red pepper, and dried pork ribs.

Saute the onion and garlic in a little olive oil on a light flame.

Add rice and barley to the sautéed onion and garlic, then wash them and add warm water to soften.

Separate the leaves of the homemade sour cabbage and wash them to reduce sourness.

Remove the core from the cabbage leaves to make wrapping easier.
