0.5 cup almonds
0.5 cup peanuts
0.5 cup sugar

Wash 1 kg of chicken thoroughly.

Add 2 tablespoons coconut powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon chopped green chili, 1 tablespoon dried chili powder, 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon garam masala powder, 0.5 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon whole cumin, and 1 tablespoon oregano powder to the chicken.

Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons oyster sauce to the chicken mixture.

Mix well and marinate for 3-4 hours, preferably in the fridge.

Shift the marinated chicken to a pan and cook on low to medium heat until the color changes and the blood stops.

Let the chicken cool down after cooking.

Prepare a mixture of 0.5 cup almonds, 0.5 cup peanuts, and 0.5 cup sugar in a chopper.

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cornflour and mix with the cooled chicken and the nut mixture.

Coat the chicken pieces with the mixture and set aside.

Prepare the gravy by heating 0.5 cup cooking oil and adding 2-3 mashed tomatoes, 0.5 tablespoon salt, and 0.5 tablespoon fennel powder.

Cook until the tomato water evaporates and add 0.5 cup coconut powder.

Add the previously prepared dry fruits to the gravy.

Fry the coated chicken pieces in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve the chicken on top of the gravy and garnish with pistachios.
