Desgranamos los porotos (beans) o comprarlos ya desgranados.

Lavamos los porotos y los echamos a cocer en 2 l de agua hirviendo.

Agregamos 1/2 taza de hojas de albahaca al agua hirviendo.

Desgranamos el choclo (corn) y lo incorporamos a la cocción.

Cortamos las verduras en cubitos pequeños (brunoise).

Agregamos el zapallo (pumpkin) a los porotos después de 10-20 minutos de cocción.

En un sartén, incorporamos 20 ml de aceite vegetal para hacer el sofrito.

Sofreímos las verduras y condimentos durante 5-7 minutos.
