Cut the ends off the Platanos and make a cut in the middle.
Peel the Platanos and cut them into pieces about 2 inches long.
Cut the salami into rings and then into triangles.
Chop the red and green bell peppers and onion, then set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan until hot.
Add the salami to the hot oil and cook until it has some color.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan with the salami.
Add a bit of white vinegar to the vegetables.
Open the can of tomato paste and add it to the pan.
Add a little ketchup for sweetness.
Pour in a cup of water and half of the chicken broth paste, stirring to dissolve.
Let the mixture simmer while the salami cooks.
Boil 2 eggs on the side.
Prepare a saltwater solution for the Platanos by dissolving salt in water until it tastes a bit too salty.
Fry the Platanos in hot oil until they brown and are crispy.
Slice the boiled eggs once cooked.
Make room in the pan with the salami to add the sliced eggs and let them absorb the sauce.
Remove the peppers from the heat once they are ready.
