Cream together butter and sugar until well combined.

Add egg yolks and vanilla, mixing until well combined.

Gradually add in flour until well combined.

Fold in orange zest, oats, and cranberries. Mix well.

Roll dough into 1" balls and roll in sugar.

Place onto cookie sheet and flatten balls with a bottle covered with wax paper.

Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
