1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp ice cold water (as needed)
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (for garnish)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
