1 can pumpkin puree (about 1.5 cups)
1 can cooked garbanzo beans (about 1.5 cups)
2-3 tablespoons aquafaba (or water)

Open the can of cooked garbanzo beans and drain them using a strainer, saving the aquafaba.

In a blender (like a Vitamix), add the pumpkin puree and the drained garbanzo beans.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of aquafaba or water to help with blending.
