Pumpkin Hummus

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water (or more for desired consistency)

In a food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and water until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
