150 grams pumpkin puree
chickpeas
tahini
garlic
cumin
lemon juice
olive oil
salt

chickpea water or regular water

Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, and 150 grams of pumpkin puree into the food processor.

Add half of the olive oil to the food processor.

Blend until the mixture starts to come together.

If the mixture is thick, add the rest of the olive oil and a splash of chickpea water or regular water.

Scrape down the sides of the food processor and blend again until smooth.

Taste and season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then blend again.

Transfer the hummus to a container and chill for at least an hour before serving.
