Cook ground beef in a saucepan over low heat until all the water evaporates, adding 3 tablespoons of oil, chopped onions, cumin, pepper, coriander, and chopped chili.

In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes and ground beef mixture.

Heat a few drops of oil in a skillet over low heat, then pour in the tomato and egg mixture.

Quickly cover the egg with a tortilla to help it stick.

Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.

Once done, roll 3 to 4 tortillas and slice them into strips.

Place the tortilla pieces on top of the prepared ground beef and let simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Garnish the dish with bananas, salads, tomatoes, chilies, and onions.

Prepare a sauce with half a lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of pepper, and 50 milliliters of oil.
