Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a bowl for the filling.
Flatten both pie crusts and stack them on top of each other.
Trim the edges of the pie crusts to fit the pan evenly, creating a square.
Spread the filling mixture in the center of the crust, leaving space on the edges.
Close the crust by pressing the edges with a fork.
Baste the top of the crust with unsalted butter.
Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons milk to make the icing.
Drizzle the icing over the baked Pop-Tarts.
Cut the Pop-Tarts into pieces and serve.
