2 tablespoons green seasoning

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup juice from pressure-cooked beans
2 cups rice
4 green onions
1/4 cup cilantro
1 red bell pepper
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 teaspoon pimento seeds
1 tablespoon basil
1/4 cup dry shrimp
