Add pre-boiled pigeon peas to the pot.
Add washed rice to the pot.
Stir in fresh herbs including garlic, onion, broad leaf thyme, fine leaf thyme, and shallot.
Season pork ribs with fresh herbs and hot pepper before cooking.
Cook the pork ribs in the pot until they are browned.
Add coconut milk and water to the pot.
Season with salt to taste.
Add okra, baji, and moringa leaves to the pot.
Cover and let everything cook until done.
