Wash 900 grams of Egyptian rice until the water runs clear using a Japanese rice washer.

Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Heat 100 milliliters of linseed oil and 200 milliliters of sunflower oil in a Kazan until hot.

Add chopped chicken thighs and fry until browned.
