German Potato Salad

Wash the potato thoroughly and boil in the salted water until readiness for about 12-15 minutes.
Drain and let it cool well.
Combine the mayonnaise, kefir, Dijon and whole-grain mustards, chopped dill, pepper, chopped celery and red onion and ½ tsp of salt in a bowl.
Cut the cold potato into small pieces, if you have small potatoes, just halve or quarter them.
Add the sauce to the potato and combine, put the salad into a refrigerator for 2 hours.
Sprinkle your country potato salad with greens and spring onion and serve to the table.
