Boil 1 Kg of potatoes and 300g of carrots in 1 liter of water.
Remove and chop the boiled potatoes and carrots.
Chop 200g of bacon into small pieces.
Fry the bacon in a pan with olive oil until crispy.
Slice 2 onions and 2 bell peppers.
Fry the sliced onions and bell peppers in the same pan.
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 teaspoons of salt, 50ml of vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of mustard to the pan, mixing well.
Chop 100g of pickles into small pieces.
Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, pickles, and crispy bacon to the pan and mix everything together.
Garnish the dish with chili and parsley, then drizzle with sauce.
