Pumpkin Turkey Meatballs

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, pumpkin puree, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
