Prepare the rice by rinsing it thoroughly.
Cook the rice with water and salt until done.
Stir the cooked rice to improve texture and season with salt.
Boil the Kanzler Cheese Cocktail sausages for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
Lightly beat the eggs and season with salt.
Heat a pan with oil until hot, then add the eggs to make soft, fluffy scrambled eggs.
Shape the scrambled eggs into a square and set aside without flipping.
Prepare the nori for wrapping the Onigirazu.
Lay down a layer of rice on the nori, followed by mayonnaise (1-1.5 tbsp).
Season the mayonnaise with black pepper and any additional seasonings if needed.
Stack the scrambled egg on top of the rice and mayo, placing the wetter side down.
Arrange the boiled sausages in the center, adding one piece on the top and bottom.
Cover with more rice, ensuring it's not too dense on top.
Wrap the nori tightly around the fillings, starting from the sides and pushing the fillings in.
Flip the Onigirazu while pressing the sides to seal it.
Let the Onigirazu rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing.
