Lemon Glazed Breakfast Scones

Today, scones are enjoyed worldwide, often featured in cafes and bakeries, celebrated for their crumbly texture and delightful sweetness.

powdered sugar

Erythritol is a low-calorie sweetener.
Measure out 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
Add 1 tbsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Measure 190 g of milk and 1 egg, then mix together with 1/2 tsp of flavor.
Melt 1/2 cup of margarine and allow it to solidify for accurate measurement.
Add 1/8 cup of sugar to the mixture.
Rub in the margarine with the flour until it resembles bread crumbs.
Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients, folding gently to combine.
Add a little more flour if the mixture is too sticky, using about 1/4 cup extra flour.
Transfer the mixture onto a floured work surface and fold until combined and not sticky.
Pat the dough to about 1 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
Bake on low heat for about 25 minutes.
For the glaze, mix 2 tbsp of icing sugar with lemon juice to dissolve.
Drizzle the glaze over the baked scones.
