Cut the edges off the fresh bread slices (optional).
In a bowl, mash a boiled egg with a fork.
Add boiled chicken to the mashed egg, seasoned with garam masala and salt, and mix well.
Finely chop the boiled chicken and mix it with the mashed egg.
Add boiled carrots and cucumber to the mixture according to taste.
In a separate bowl, combine 5 tablespoons of chicken spread, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar, along with mixed herbs and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to create a creamy filling.
Take the bread slices and spread a little mayonnaise or ketchup on both pieces.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the creamy mixture on one slice and spread it evenly.
Place the second slice of bread on top of the first slice with the filling.
Cut the sandwich in half, then cut each half into quarters.
Optionally, wrap the sandwich and refrigerate for 2 to 3 days, or serve immediately.
You can shallow fry the sandwich or serve it as is.
