1 cup cheese
1 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup celery
1 cup onions
1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup cheddar bay biscuit mix
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1 can cream of potatoes

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Melt half a stick of butter in a bowl.

Add shredded turkey to the melted butter.

Optionally, add sautéed celery and onions.

Add frozen peas and carrots (or any preferred vegetables).

Season with black pepper, garlic and herb seasoning, and a touch of Creole seasoning.

Add one cup of chicken broth and mix well.
