Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side; drain on paper towels.
In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the blended bean mixture until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Serve puff-puff warm alongside the bean mixture, garnished with green onions and pepper sauce.
